1. Our store staff will make every effort to ensure that the buyer is satisfied with the visit to our online store.

4. If you do not receive the ordered product within 24 hours from making the payment, please contact us immediately (after searching your e-mail account).

5. We provide a 3-month warranty for all titles from our store (except for situations where a different warranty period is specified in the product description).

6. We recommend activating the received key within 3 months of receiving the order.

7. Activated, blocked and revoked keys cannot be returned. In accordance with the laws in the EU and other parts of the world, the buyer of a digital product in our store agrees that the service is fullfiled at the time of receiving the order, which means the consent to shorten the time to resign from order until the order is received.

 

Orders

9. Goods offered in tibia.shop should be ordered using the form with a shopping basket on the website.

10. By completing and sending the order form by the Customer, tibia.shop is presented with a binding purchase offer.

11. Each client should register, providing his personal data, address, telephone number and, above all, e-mail address.

12. We do not execute incorrectly placed orders or orders from customers who have not provided their full personal data. Such orders will be canceled.

14. Orders via the online store can be placed 24 hours a day throughout the year.

16. Prices of all goods offered in the store are given in the currency chosen by the customer - EUR, USD, BRL, MXN or PLN. In the case of payment by credit card or Paypal, transactions are subject to additional control for security reasons.

17. We reserve the right to withdraw individual products from sale, suspend the execution or cancel each order for security reasons and to suspend any suspicious account.

18. The order is processed automatically by the management system, immediately after the payment is recorded. Game codes are sent electronically to the e-mail address. We do not charge any costs for sending the goods. In exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to extend the order fulfillment time to a maximum of 72 hours.

19. You can resign from the purchased goods in our store (withdraw from the sale and purchase agreement) within 14 days from the date of placing the order without giving any reason. This can be done only before paying for the order. Unpaid orders after 14 days are automatically canceled.

20. If it is not possible to fulfill the order or change prices, our employee will contact you immediately and notify you of this fact.

 

Complaints

21. All complaints are dealt with within 72 hours, please send the order number, received message and purchased code to [email protected]

23. Hardware problems that prevent the use of the game and errors in the game are not the basis for a complaint and return. Changes to the games after their release (such as adding options or removing them) are independent of us and any problems related to this should be reported to the game developer or support of the platform on which the game was activated. Descriptions of the products sold, hardware requirements, available languages, etc., are provided by the producers or publishers and we are not responsible for their compliance with the actual state of the game.

24. Before reporting the lack of an order, all users are asked to search their e-mail account carefully - both by browsing additional folders such as Offers, Communities and Spam, and by using the search function (eg by entering the keyword "Tibia").

25. Any personal data provided by the Client is confidential and in no way will be made available or sold to other companies or private persons. An integral part of these regulations is the appendix in the form of the Privacy Policy.

26. The company's address details can be found under the Regulations. Our company is registered in the USA. We do not issue VAT invoices, we issue invoices that can be booked as costs up to EUR 150 from third countries in the European Union. If in doubt, please contact us in this matter.
